Jayson Industries, Inc. is a US owned and operated company producing and supplying machined parts/assemblies to industrial corporations since 1977. During these years we have developed close partnerships with manufacturing companies in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Both of these countries are well known for their long tradition in manufacturing and mechanical engineering.
In 2003, Jayson Industries, Inc. formed a joint-venture company in Slovakia, Remeslo Strojal, Ltd. Since then Jayson Industries, Inc. has utilized Remeslo Strojal’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities and a highly skilled and experienced labor force for manufacturing of rolls, shafts, bearing housings and retainers, couplings, crane wheels, pistons, drums, and other machined parts of various sizes of up to 118″ in diameter, 25′ in length, and weight of up to 35 tons.
We have the means to manufacture a host of different types of gears according to customer specifications. These include spur gears, bevel gears, pinion gears, helical gears, as well as worm gears, racks and pinions, and shafts. Gears of up to 75” in diameter can be produced. We also specialize in manufacturing of fabrications/assemblies, such as transportation conveyors, large chains, and housings.
